Aveno Redness kit review

During the weekend, I was browsing around my drugstore and I found this trial kit from Aveno call Antirougeurs that prevents and help with redness. decided to give it a try. It was only $6 for 3 deluxe sample size products (quite of a deal).
Specially during the colder months my face tends to look red around my chicks and nose. Here in Toronto the winter is really hard so you need to take an extra step in your daily skin routine. Sunscreen is a must plus any moisturizer that gives you an extra buzz and protection.

The first step in this kit is to wash your skin with the Dermi-cleansing milk. After using it for the first time I found my skin feeling extra soft and moisture. It says on the packaging that works as an make up remover but I would not recommend to just use it for that, if you wear heavy and long wearing products. I tried it with my waterproof mascara and it did not take it completely.

The second step is the moisture itself.    Depending if it is day or night you can apply the redness-relief moisturizing protecting emulsion (day) or the relief concentrate for chronic redness (night). Both of them are really thick and have a rich consistency. They made my skin feel really good.

I have only been using this for a week and I can not tell you if it is working or not. However, I am think in purchasing another kit trial and maybe use it for two more weeks. So far I have found a small difference in my skin, if feels really soft and clear. The redness is still there but I feel it needs a deaply and longer used.

I will recommend you to go a try it yourself and let me know what you think!
There was also another trial kit for acne that might suit you if your suffered of it.
If you want to know more about my daily skin routine check my post from weeks ago!

Have a fun week!
